Job Description
The Manager will be part of the Human Resource (HR) team driving
initiatives relating to Organisational Learning & Excellence for a
manufacturing environment. He/she will work closely with internal
stakeholders to identify and implement interventions to enhance a
learning culture as well as build a cohesive and engaged workforce
while ensuring the alignment of such interventions to the
organisation's Vision, Mission and Values. As part of culture
building, he will assist in identifying both divisional and corporate
needs and opportunities for Organisational Development (OD)
programmes. He/she needs to develop policies, programmes and
procedures that encompass both of these elements in a balanced way.

The Manager will lead and manage the operations of the training and
development programmes including conducting of training needs
analysis, planning and organising training programmes and facilitation
of new staff


Requirements
Degree in Human Resource Management/Human Resource Development or
related disciplines. Those with basic degrees in Engineering or
Science, and who have sufficient experience in technical learning and
development, will have an edge.
Minimum three years of relevant experience in OD/OE projects/programmes.
Strong knowledge of management practices, training theories and
organizational behaviors.
Awareness of current and future training and development interventions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Skill in formulating policies, examining and reengineering operations
and work processes
Possess tenacity and resilience of character, yet adaptable and
dynamic in approach
Applicants should be Singapore Citizens or Permanent Residents
